We got an email from our PM today, they are going to start the plumbing, AC, and electical work this week. Then next week we are going to have our pre-drywall meeting! We also recieved a letter in the mail from Ryan Homes. Our pre-settlement walk-through is scheduled for July 18th and our closing date is scheduled for July 22nd. Hopefully these dates will not change!

Week Four

My husband and I found a park a block away from our new neighborhood, so we decided to drive to the park, let our son play and then take a walk around our neighborhood to be.

Foundation is prepped and ready to be poured!

Did a daytime drive by and the guys were flattening out the cement!

We have a foundation!

Our PM said that the foundation will only take one day to dry and then they can start framing! So excited!

I can't believe how much they have done in just a day!

Week Three

More of the foundation is built.

 

Some piping has been laid out also.

 

 

More pipes have been added!

 

I can't wait for them to pour the cement!
